When I was depressed one and a half year ago I couldn't play vidya or do any other activity like working out so I would barely make it to the end of the day and do something passive to waste my time like watching movies or random youtube videos or just lurking on different boards.
Best thing to do is sharing your problems with your family or close friends. Hell even posting that shit on 4chan just to get it off your chest. It's way better than trying to escape it with vidya or getting chill pills from psychiatrists that usually fucks with the chemistry of your brain and have some side effects.
