Is anyone else feeling burnt out already? I'm only a few levels into Orleans but it's already at the point where I run out of AP too fast, right now I basically get to play 20 minutes before I run out of AP and have to wait almost 3 hours. I don't even get half a master level from a full AP bar either. Does it get better, or am I just trapped in a cycle of not being able to play the game now? When it costs 9AP a fight and each level has like 4 fights in it I can't even get through a full fucking fight with my AP bar full.

Games can do that model and work. I really don't like YuGiOh Duel Links as a game overall, but it gives tons of the AP equivalent and you regenerate shit constantly, with events adding stuff to play without spending any of the AP. Even when you're 100% out of AP and NPC to fight you have the ability to play against other players, meaning you never get locked out of playing the game.

Fate seems to be the harshest example of this system I've played, because even though it DOES have the basic "refill your AP" item, that item is ALSO the way to unlock new heroes, so you really can't afford to waste it on AP.

Herc is god-tier because of his abilities. Having self-evasion and a revive on a Berserker that is already powerful pushes him into borderline broken territory. Some 5* Berserkers can outperform him with the right support (Vlad in an arts-team fx) but Herc is strong because he pretty much carries himself. We don't know, they said they wanted to have the same launch experience for the game (which to me translates to "we don't want to throw people in at the deep end" so they might decide to play catchup. She's decent. She hits a lot and so generates crit stars and NP quickly. Her NP is a good group-nuke, although nothing special. Her starting skill has crap accuracy, although it apparently is decent once you level it up fully. Her second skill is a self-ATK buff and so nice before launching her NP.

I can't compare her to other riders because I've only used St. Marta and Marie through story/supports, and both of those are more healers than anything else. Medusa is much more impressive at dealing damage, but that goes without saying. I haven't compared Medusa to George or some other Rider who is supposed to be decent.

Overall, she's not bad. You just won't use her much in the prologue, due to all the Assassins running around.

The Fou cards are used like EXP cards, but they also add a permanent boost to one of the stats. You can see on the card or on the upgrade page a 0/990 for ATK and HP. Those are the Fou card bonuses, and you can only go up to 990 in each stat. For now.

Craft Essences are just equipped on the character. Tap in the grey box below the servant to equip them. They grant stat bonuses and a small buff. They cost Team Points, just like servants do, so you are limited to how many you can throw onto a team.

Support servants can equip Craft Essence as well, and there is not Team Point limit there. Although you can't equip the same CE to multiple support servants unless you have multiple copies of it.
