OP, from experience I agree with all of these. Uncharted is a little violent, but not graphic at all. Also I would recommend LittleBigPlanet 3, racing games (driveclub, need for speed, wipeout omega, etc.), tearaway, and transformers devastation, and rocket league (give him an offline account he can use) for the youngest. The 14 yo is kinda your guess as to how much you want them to see. Also Battlefront 2 is coming out this fall and has a major offline mode

Battlefront 1 is unplayable without a PSN subscription, there are like 9 missions you can play with bots, everything else needs online connection.

Battlefront 2 which is out in November will have a single player story campaign but if there will be offline modi for all content like in the 2005s Battlefront 2 is unknown but possible the way the devs pinpointed most of the first games problems already, I would pay attention to the series.

Since most games are outright mature rated or kiddieshit I have no other real idea for you.
When Uncharted fits I would say Watch Dogs and Batman Arkham games may fit as well.
