Which means literally what? How is the game going to implement this idea? The only objective information is sex, your character is definitely a man or woman, everything else is up to yourself as a roleplayer. Sure you can pretend to be a masculine woman or whatever, but the game will still recognize you as a woman. Not sure what you're getting at.

Wrong.
Also sex is determined solely by whether you produce gametes that can inseminate a female to produce offspring (male), produce eggs that can be fertilized by male gametes to produce offspring (female), or both (hermaphrodite). There may be a few exceptions but that is generally how sex works mate.
