Haha, Bioware animations are so shit compared to Witc-
>>382100802
that's still better than anything Bioshit put out.
>>382100802
facial animation and facial textures are better. In da:i everyone has a super greasy skin and greasy shiny hair.
They are. That animation isn't great, but it's still miles better than the animations present in something like Andromeda.
>tfw all my webms are currupted suddenly
>>382100802
What is the meme behind autistically collecting cherrypicked webms?
>>382100802
yeah this is much better
>>382101394
Shitposting and baiting, primarily. At the end of the day, people pointing out that the webms are cherry-picked and don't represent the whole of the game is still a form of response. And that's what people want, is to rile others.
>Cherry picked one of the worst animations in TW3
>Still better than any Bioware game
C'mon
>>382101470
Someone could probably write a book about the trainwreck that must have been Andromeda's development.
>>382100802
why are canadian games so awful
>>382101470
The Salarian's lack of chair is what bothers me the most. Like, what the fuck? The guy is sitting on air. Did no one catch that? I can understand shit animations and lazy action scenes, but to outright have an NPC floating during a released game preview? That's baffling to me. Did no one take even a second look at the scene before sending it out?
Everything about Andromeda feels like it was a beta that EA said, "Yeah, it's good, just ship it out."
Remember me?

It's a 4chan x issue
>tfw I went hours without posting images when it first happened
>dude, TW3 is 10/10 GOAT
Ah yes, this again.
>MMO level scaling
>impossible not to get overpowered around level 20 unless you fully ignore perks, mutagens, gear, signs and runes
>piss easy even on Death March due to how predictable and limited enemy movesets are
>lvl 6 drowners and nekkers hit harder than lvl 25 cyclopses and in groups pose more threat than any large monster 10 levels higher than you
>quests rely on rule of three so much you might thing the game was made by Ubisoft
>helped Scoia'tael in TW2? Too bad, no Iorveth or Saskia for you, now Roche is your best friend
>let major character die? Whatever, even if they live they're out of the picture for the rest of the game anyway
>Eredin has less dialogue than that big bad dragon from Skyrim, you get fuck all motivation to pursue Wild Hunt other than "gotta protect muh daughter" if you haven't read source material
>Radovid turned into edgy saturday morning cartoon villain because the game needed an excuse for Dijkstra's plotline, I guess?
>crafting completely useless outside witcher gear
>want to jump or climb to progress when there's some harpy flying about and won't get close to you? Too bad!
>enemy reskins are just that, reskins. it doesn't matter how drowner, water hag or siren is called, they have the exact same abilities
>3 games in, quest fights still start in the middle of combat with fade-out-of-black screen that prevents certain inputs
>3 games in, sound mixing is still horrible, some scenes are as comical as Deadly Premonition
>30FPS prerendered (rendered on consoles settings, no less) cutscenes for most basic scenes
>why is underwater """combat""" even a thing?
>Skellige breaks story pacing, recommended for lvl16 for some reason
>Places of dohvakiin power
>post Kaer Morhen defense content is rushed as fuck
>ending epilogue only touches Temeria as a whole, Ciri, Geralt and his love interest
The only people who call TW3 one of the best games ever made are the ones who said the same about Skyrim.
Some Witcher 3 scenes have awful animation, but some also have great animation, particularly Geralt's combat animations. Bioware is shit across the board.

>Uses pasta relating to the quality of the whole game to bait people
Come on anon, I'm sure there's some thread talking about TW3 as a whole. Using that shit in an animation thread isn't gonna get you anywhere. Be smarter about this.
>>382100802
They are, though. What you're seeing there is a problem with direction, not animations.
>>382102196
>>382101993
This, I'm replaying through the game and the animation quality is pretty inconsistent, some scenes have unique animations like when Zoltan takes the ledger off Geralt's hands in this scene:
https://youtu.be/CDyhWh8PEgI?t=241
While some like OP are just a mashup of generic animations with shitty camera work.
DLCs have top tier animations though.

>1 bad scene which really isn't that bad to begin with vs a plethora of glitchy cutscenes in any number of numaleware "games"
even bethesda games improves despite their janky ancient engine, but bioware games all decline in quality with each release it's actually quite impressive that they are capable of fucking up despite their resources and reach
>>382102359
please tell me that someone made this for shit and giggles and this is heavily edited and NOT a real game play...
>>382102256
Animations, eh?
>>382102359
I used to believe for the longest time this was just a poor cutscene director trying to make due with existing animations to form a scene out of them. Then I realized there are mostly unique animations, they're just dogshit quality.
>>382101589
Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice it
>>382102489
I plead the 5th.
>>382102489
It's not real gameplay, it'san actual cutscene which was intended to be viewed this way

I mean, you can treat GOTY edition as EE if you want. It was all about patches and W3 got like ten times more than 1 and 2 combined. Do you remember the first week? There wasn't a day without a new patch.
>>382103062
>you can treat GOTY edition as EE
Nigger, what? The game still has a shitton of problems and retarded design decisions. Even fucking final fights can still bug out and lock bosses in place and there's still shit like in OP.
TW3 needs Enhanced Edition as much as first two games. Patches are just a polish for this turd.
>>382102875
>>>it doesn't count because it proves me
Go back to BadassBorne, sonybro.
>>382103268
You're the nigger here. I've beaten the game twice - once once right after launch, once after like a month. Then I've completed the expansion packs both on release date. I've never experienced any bugs. And iirc there have been multiple patches since then.
>>382103941
Oh, I remember the shitshow with candles that was fixed in one of first patches. So there was one. But it wasn't gamebreaking in any way.
