Casual filters.
>enemies with insta kills
>>382072607
Man, that thing is hot, what game?
>there are people right now that still can't get 3 stars against him in Puyo Puyo Tetris
>there are people right now that still can'tpast him
>>382073058
*who still can't get past him
had a slight moment of retardation there
>tfw this guy was impossible on the 3DS
>completely destroyed him on PC
I guess controls really are half the battle.
>>382072607
Comms officer isnt hard, it's the other things that pester you that make the fight a pain in the ass. Case in point; next time you fight two comms officers and all you have to do is have them follow you into the stairs and the fight is basically over.
>>382072607
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH
>>382072916
Resident Evil Revelations, a passable game with a side mode that's better than the campaign
>>382073736
Shit, I actually own that game on Steam. I played it for like 4 minutes.
>>382073223
Finally people are starting to understand after they come off babby's first system they got for christmas at KB Toys
Posting the typical response. Took me like 5 tries to beat her
>>382072607
MAY DAY, MAY...DAY
Still the reigning champ at weeding out shitters
>>382072607
More like anything that Raid mode brings out on hardest difficulty.
>We got themed enemies that fit this map, now let's throw them all off to just add hunters, those giant turtle fuckers and maydays
>>382072690
One of the things I disliked about The Evil Within. Almost every chapter had one enemy that could one shot you.
I know this guy was a casual filter sinceI had to stop playing the game because of him
>>382072607
>"What, you like trinity bonuses? What a shame"
>>382076980
>enemy that snipes you across the entire map/area
>literally has a cunt for a face
fuck this guy
>>382076897
>Huge fucking pussy.
>Even though I completed Resident Evil 3 when I was 9, I couldn't sleep for weeks afterwards, always being afraid of zombies and shit once it got dark.
>After Resi 3, I never had the courage to play horror games anymore.
>Took me until 21 to finally play them again, completing Fear 2 for the first time.
>Still extremely immersed in each horror game and it's a huge thing for me to play them.
Cry of Fear is like my end boss. I just fucking can't, man. Absolutely top notch monster designs. Psychological horror at maximum. Few games understand design like this guy does.
>>382077352
I wish I was as affected by horror games as you, anon.
>>382077352
Did you play their other game?
>>382077747
It's a blessing and a curse.
I KNOW most games these days just use soundscaping to signal threats that don't actually exist, yet when I do hear something, I instantly hide in a corner, closet or bush for 3 minutes just to be safe.
Takes ages to complete some games as a result.
>>382077837
No, actually. Googling it now.
>>382074620
Even the Tri version isn't that bad. If anything Ninja Gaiden Black has that title. The whole first level is meant to punish all of the conventions of a normie play.
Barroth can still be beating if you bring enough potions and whack at it. I will give you that mindless flailing won't work unless you play hammer because his head makes players bounce.
>>382078005
Afraid of Monsters is a half-life mod so you need that or an engine remake like xash3d. I would recommend They Hunger too thought it's more horror themed action than real horror.
All sewer levels
>>382076897
This dev seriously doesn't fuck around with the fear factor and monster design.
He goes straight for the jugular in horror-factor. Playing the game is geniunely horrifying experience and none of these two-dime piece of shit AAA-horrorgames unsettle me to the point of alt+f4 out of the goddamn game.
>>382076897
Played the co-op campaign with friends and had a lad alt-f4 when this guy sprinted out of the woods with his chainsaw revving.
Fuck Perisno
>>382074689
>casual filter is the first area of the fucking game
What other games do this?
>>382074620
can confirm I had so much trouble with him in my first MH game. I didn't give in tho I got good and love MH now
>>382072607
whats so casual about transparency filters?
>>382080281
Fucking this.
>>382076980
>shoots through walls an safe spots even occasionally
Glad I finally got my purple name but fuck that was hell.
>>382072607
More like a "New to Resident Evil" filter.
hey man put a torch in me
i'll give you cool loot i promise
>>382081141
>do this without knowing what happens
>party on low health
>mfw can't retreat
>>382080449
Huh I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that was a hard boss. It only took me 2 tries, but I was still surprised by how difficult it was.
Without digging into the nes library, I nominate either of the games that star these vixens.
>>382082107
How is RE3 a casual filter?
made me go to the Colosseum training area to figure out how i should be playing.
>>382082320
It is if you don't play on easy and don't look up solutions to the puzzles.
>>382084085
Playing on hard in RE3 is like playing on normal for most other Resident Evils, so I still don't see how it's casual filter.
I will admit that fighting Nemesis before you've got any of the upgraded guns or the magnum is incredibly hard, but you don't actually have to fight him then, running away is always an option until the second half of the game, so you can't call him a casual filter either.
>>382072607
san undertale
>>382084603
I like how the gargoyles are supposed to teach you how to fight multiple opponents at once, but they're so much easier than Biggie and Smalls that nobody really has to learn that lesson. Just +5 your starter weapon and you can cut through them like butter.
>>382084697
Sans isn't a casual filter, he's the final boss. Undyne the Undying is the real casual filter.
>>382072607
The enemies streaming in constantly during that first encounter is what does it. The final boss is a motherfucker on first playthroughs but ez as fuck on Raid mode.
>>382084508
It had harder puzzles than the other games, too.
>>382085367
Which puzzle are you referring to, besides the water treatment one?
These hotties
>>382073926
wouldn't it being easier on PC make it babby mode?
>>382086030
>casual filter
Dude I loved BoTW but they aren't hard to beat. It's just simple side-jumping anytime they charge and you get free hits in. They also get taken down by headshot crits making them even easier. There is never a moment where you should be getting targeted by their bow either, that's the only time that they get into shitting on you territory.
>>382086135
They were only hard because it was difficult to fight them and masturbate at the same time.
