HOW TO RUN: Put the link (ex. aos://1234567890) into a browser and press enter, if that doesn't work, do: windows key + r and than copy and press enter
If neither of those work, check these
1. Do you have Ace of Spades installed?
2. If so, do you have the Build n Shoot client?
If you have the bns client, you need to delete bns and aos, then reinstall aos
3. If you checked all these off, do you have version .54?
If not, you need to delete that aos than install the aos from above
Any other issues may be networking related or computer related

Here's some info about it, made from some Anon in one of my AoS threads
It was a simple lazer tag game with 100% accurate rifles that can instant kill on headshot. Normally, nobody likes snipers because they're camping faggots, but when everybody snipes yet has to move forward, shit gets tense fast.
You have to pay attention to your surroundings constantly or get blasted. The highly lopsided map design led each team having a primary strategy for defense: green team builds forts due to a lack a natural cover, and blue team digs a series of caverns into the cliff they start on. These gameplay distinctions led to each side having a clearly defined personality and a reason to hate each other's guts.
It's compared to WW1 because walking forward out in the open gets you killed instantly.
You have to go slow, you have to dig and build your defensive positions, you have to be clever.
