Why they didn't improve on BT3's system and improve on it with adding what BT2 did is beyond me. BT4 could focus on the gameplay and add less characters, while BT5 could be the game to add characters. Heroes is a cocktease and a curse at the same time. A shame those models are only used for cinematics.

What's the problem? Both are good games that feature based Goku. Even in 2018, he can't be stopped, and he's going to have to kill Capcom and save Aksys to show how serious he is.

Is Xenoverse good?
I've been marathoning DBZ and I wanna play something preferably recent.

I enjoyed BT2 a lot, but I don't remember what was better about BT2 than 3 gameplay wise. The only thing I remember was that in BT2 it was pretty easy to get infinite combos with those rush attacks, like Future Trunks in armor suit was a beast due to his speed and combos. And Burter.

It's repetitive as fuck and doesn't have anywhere near the depth that diehard fans claim. The 2nd game is basically the 1st game improved, but even then its still basically the same.

I only recommend it to fans that want to play as their own original character in a action/rpg-esque DB game, because there still isn't anything quite like it even though its repetitive and NOT a fighting game.

PS360 era? Just Burst Limit and RB series.
If you haven't played Shin Budokai 2 for the PSP you should.
DS and 3DS have their good DB games like Super SonicWarriors 2, Attack of the Saiyans, Origins, Ultimate Butouden(why was this never released in the west) and Extreme Butouden but that's it for the last couple of years.
