Ask yourself this. If this game really is the sequel to spiderman 2, why is the camera so close? In spiderman 2 you can fly through the city at umpteen hundre miles and hour thanks to physics. And to compensate the camera has to go really far back so you can take it all in. Insomniac man doesn't do that.

You cant nail down the kraven feeling unless it feels like youre being hunted at all times. Him being defeated and returning able to stop your webs this time, next time learning how to dodge your normal attacks, next time able to manipulate your spidersense. I know exactly how you feel. When I play modern games I want to skip the "not cutscenes" that 100 people spent a month making, to get to the gameplay. Then I go back and play some 90's PC game that I missed. I beat a level and get a cutscene made with really shitty CG models plays and I love every second of it.

Cutscenes were best when they were limited and you had to earn them.

That's my favourite to. It's such a great Spidey game. If you're not already you should download it for PC as modern controls work natively and there's no distance fog.

exactly the same from what i recall. I downlaoded a 100% save file so i have all the costumes as i play now, makes it a lot more fun. Especially considering how much needed to be done to unlock that fuckin symbiote suit
