No, but I would pay 30-60$ to play a game with Breath of the Wild's combat and physics engine, that is as small, focused, and has as much personality as Ocarina ... or better yet Majora's Mask. Not necescarily as dark as story, but just a smaller more focused or maybe more interconnected world a la Demon Souls/Dark Souls/Super Metroid/Metroid Prime games and then maybe bring back the looping time mechanic and make the game overall more punishing.

BoTW graphics? no. OoT although cartoonish was more "realistic" than BoTW and it's cel shaded look wouldn't suit the atmosphere unless you altered it and made it look more like Killer is Dead it's just too colourful, look at OoT3D. While I enjoy that it lost some of it's atmosphere in places.

Saying that I'd buy an OoT3D/MM3D release on Switch.

If it was only graphics? No. Not at that price. Engine, redid puzzles, stuff like that, climbing? Obviously. If nothing else, imagine sneaking into the castle. Though the Eastern Abbey is the castle in Ocarina, the one in the middle of Hyrule didn't exist yet.

Breath of the Wild has a better art style, but worse graphics than Skyward Sword.

Skyward Sword's impressionistic filter was fucking gorgeous, even if all of the character, enemy, area designs, and color palettes were petulant garbage. I don't know what the hell Breath of the Wild is going for with its foggy muddled everything is kind of shiny look, but it doesn't work very often. When it does work it looks great! But it doesn't look like anime.
