Vidya is great for removing me from whatever mindset I was in and allowing me to think about that instead - the same goes for movies, tv, and books though too. The more narrative allowed in whatever I'm enjoying the less I pay attention to my internal narrative that is often, due to the relaxed nature of my life, unchallenging and understimulating garbage.
