I'm not going to get into a math argument, but there's absolutely no way any of what you said there is correct.

it's 1:100 to get a 5* and you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a specific 5* after that.

To get two 5* in a row is 1:1000

The first 5* doesn't matter and the second 5* has a 1:5 chance so it's 1:5000 to get the same 5* twice in a row.
Since you roll 10 at a time though and 9 of the rolls can be servants, and 1 of the servants has to be 3* or greater that means that you have even greater odds of rolling the two 5* which im not going to go into the math of because i'm not sure what exactly the % of getting a 5* in the assured 3* or higher servant roll is.

The chance of specifically getting two altria though is harder, bit it's still not close to the odds you stated in your post.

His skills all give great buffs and boosts to your NP. If you roll him and a kaleidoscope that means NP on the first turn. He's said to be able to make anyone viable, and even in the JP version that's years ahead he's still one of the best supports in the game. Are you me? Also, Jeanne is the greatest at just completely soloing 40AP daily shit over and over. Two rounds per enemy at this level, 1 if it's berserker, and 2 rounds to fill the NP to tank any enemy NP and restore some health. With the addition of just spamming heal as it comes off cooldown and strategic usage of the master dodge spell, she can pretty much do better at that daily solo, unless it's a Herk helping.

I don't understand this game at all. Early on it was super easy, but now that Tama Cat can't one shot everything, I'm inching closer and closer to defeats, and there doesn't seem to be any way to level her up outside of those cards you start with.
