Even in a game like League of Legends, which relies entirely on microtransactions to cut a profit, they can at least make the argument that the game is free to play by default, and that if should you elect to spend money, you can buy exactly what you want, and that it isn't explicitly "play to win." You can diversify your champion options, but you can't buy runes, and you can jump right in with Annie or Trist and wreck face.

Then there's CoD. Which is not only blatantly pay to win, but absurdly low value for your dollar, and completely randomized to encourage you to spend a completely unreasonable amount, and worse, to prey on people with addictive personalities.
