Runs perfectly on my Netbook. Intel Atom single core (2 thread) processor with 2gb ram and integrated graphics.

It will run fine on a literal toaster.

Controller support is a joke, the graphics are worse than on Dreamcast and under certain conditions (I forgot which) the audio bugs out and sound effects get muted which requires relaunch.

They're functional but you'll have to set them to run on a single core or the audio will have a lot of static and they will randomly crash.
