I've already played Wolf, DOOM and Bioshock.

Deadspace and Alien: Isolation as well

How Prey looks compared to those? I've heard it is a split between Bioshock and System Shock, right?

Pretty much, but it's a lot closer to System Shock than Bioshock.
You should get a good +20 hours out of it and I think you'd enjoy it, based on your listed games.
