Blacktail fully upgraded almost acts like the TMP, which you might as well use over the Blacktail.

More damage per shot, which is the most important stat for pistols. After all, most of the time you're doing the shoot once in weak spot-melee-repeat until dead loop with pistols.

That isn't a question. The Red9 is better than the Blacktail. It does more damage. You only need the speed of the Blacktail if you are getting eaten by a horde of zombies, which shouldn't happen.

The Broken Butterfly is the best revolver.

The only even remotely interesting fight is Bolt Action vs. Semi auto sniper. The bolt does more damage, but if you can aim a the speed of the semi auto is useful in a few areas.
