What indie games made by one or two people are good examples of what you think are worth $10 or $15? What separates the good from the bad? What is feature or lack of feature is a deal breaker for you?
I don't mean to trigger /v/, but Undertale is made by one dude and is probably worth the $10 asking price. It's pretty jewy he's not discounting it for the summer sale like literally everything else, though.
Kero Blaster is worth $15. it's on sale for like $7. It's a two man game.
Most people just go by time you can sink into it, "fun" is an impossible to meaaure metric

Pharoah Rebirth is made by 1 person.
Stardew Valley is one of the only things that come to mind for me, that game was actually better than most mainstream Harvest Moon games are, and the creator actually gives a shit which is always a nice touch.
Hate how the kids don't go past toddlers though.
Catacomb kids was definitely worth the 10 bucks, the amount of mechanics and interactivity really made it feel like effort was made to make the game unique
>Stardew Valley
>La Mulana
>Cave Story
>Fez

Under rated and ignored. It's solid though.

>implying phil would ever praise any game that wasn't made by him

Isn't Fez just a shittier la-mulana

Cave Story is free, Kero Blaster is 15 bucks, cheaper now because of sales. Both made by 1-2 people, and both timeless platforming shooters.

I mean yeah, kind of, but it's still worth 10 bucks. But I happen to think La Mulana is worth as much as a full AAA game, $60. It's just that good.
I would pick up To the Moon.
Absolutely fantastic story.
Can't shill it enough death road to canada
