Molenuex actually pissed me off with his lies (I am still bitter about all the shit he promised for Fable and never delivered on).

Todd felt more genuine with stuff, but over-embellished some of the features and sometimes talked about stuff that ended up getting cut or toned down (Molenuex did too, but more frequently).
