ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
reminder that if you pirate games and don't pay for them, you are contributing to the streaming-only DRM future where you have to rent games or outright pay a monthly sub to play anything

Just for you, i'll pirate RE7 even tho i already bought it

That is going to happen regardless.
Developer greed is what causes them to see every pirate as a lost sale when this is factually incorrect.
So long as their is even a remote possibility that a pirate exists, no matter how unintentional, they will always try to fuck you over.
The best strategy is to fight against the draconian bullshit, not complain about literal broke ass twelve year olds who got a Facebook machine for their birthday and googled "free pc games".
Piracy is and always will be a service problem. If people aren't paying then your product isn't worth the price.

There is data suggesting that "Pirates" contribute to the higher sales. Meaning they help those games reach wider prominence. Moreover you don't need to waste resources to patch/optimize DRM.

I pirate shitty games and then delete them just because of people like you and to trigger shitty devs. Also I buy all my decent games from GOG. Your shit propoganda WE WUZ games are headed that way though bucko.

Developers and publishers don't actually believe that DRM prevents piracy, or even that piracy is bad for sales. The only ones that do believe it are the shareholders, who are all 60 year old men who have never played a video game before.
DRM is not about making the game eternally bulletproof. It is about delaying the crack for as long as possible, because those first few weeks are critically profitable to the devs. After a month, the importance of keeping the game chaste is about 5% of what it once was.
In that sense, Denuvo does exactly what they're paid to do. (by the way, it's called "anti-tampering software", not DRM. Steam is the DRM in most cases. Denuvo just watches Steam's back)

what was cracked this time?
>>381953627
>Service problem
Lol no. Drm free releases that are also cheap get pirated the most. They literally cannot provide a better service while selling their product.
>>381955886
Baldman cracked fucking everything.
>>381957432
Could bald men be the most powerful race in the world?
>>381957432
aaahahaha holy shit
The only uncracked games are literal whos
>>381953074
I usually buy games from devs i like and dont bother with shit games.
I usually pirate either:
>To demo the game then decide to either buy it or end up bored and delete it
>Because the game is good but the publisher did something extremely fucked up and i wont ever give them a cent again. (pretty rare)

>Just Dance 2017 uncracked

need for speed ..
i want to believe

But Unravel looks great. Literally just checked to see if it was cracked a couple hours ago. Sadness.

Says the idiot who advocates a DRM company who pirates their DRM
