Taking into account that the first deadrising was full of little details like the clocks always ticking and oving at real time, aggresive zombies at night and that everything could be used as a weapon.
The new team managed to screw over the survivor system, they said

The video really showcases the budget of 4.

Capcom said they wanted to move to smaller budget games, and I have a feeling DR4 was the first of the lot. All of the changes they made, the watered down bosses, no co-op, not even having a day/night cycle, it's pretty obvious the budget was tiny.

And hell, the reason they didn't get Frank's VA back was because of the strike, meaning the game couldn't have been in development for that long before release.

fuck, this is super obvious in the multiplayer. I don't know why they included the photography there, trying to do one of those selfies makes it painfully obvious that only Frank's face can actually move.
