If I made a game I'd do just that, except have the button open up into a form where they can detail all their pronouns and description (a textbox which requires a minimum of 1000 character)
And then they start the game it discards all of that and everyone just calls them a faggot instead

At first i usually only played as a boy. Then I started playing as a boy first and later playing as a girl. Now I generally play the girl first and then play as a guy.
But given the option, I will always play as a skeleton.
