Hey guys I won a GTX 1080 Ti (this exact one in the pic) in a raffle but the thing is my PC isn't very good to put it on, I would need to upgrade pretty much my whole PC to get the most of the card and at the moment I don't have money to upgrade my PC so I'm thinking about selling it.
Should I sell it and save the money for future upgrades or keep the card even though I can't use it right now?

Unless your PC was made pre-2010, no PC out at the moment will out right bottleneck any modern card to state of obsolete. It will fucking skyrocket any game's performance instantly, and will not be outdated for 5-7 years, minimum.
No idea why you didn't bother posting your full specs either. I bet you could just swap the CPU and add more RAM, and be instantly up to date.

Here my specs, my PC ain't bad but it's pretty old, the biggest issue would be my PSU, it's just 550w and I don't think it would be able to handle the GTX 1080 Ti, my case aswell probably would fit the card (it barely fits my GTX 960) and even to add more ram I would need some cash which I don't have at the moment.

If you're willing to swap it over the 960 you're good. Its a big improvement. You could even sell the 960 for some decent cash right now. Your PSU should be fine btw.

I'm running the exact same CPU with my 1070 from the same brand as yours. It does not bottleneck games at all.

Is your psu at least silver quality certified? Its not like every single piece of hardware will go 100% full load, so it probably wont use all 550w

No processor newer than i5 2500 is "obsolete". You'll be fine far after 2020.
