Rerolling is for pulling a 5 star from your 2nd "10" pull (the one you get to do after the 3rd battle. If you do not get one of the 5 stars, start again. The free tutorial roll cannot net you a 5 star, so it is irrelevant. No amount of 4 stars matters at all.

You're looking at the support page, under the party option. The support group has no limit. You can put anyone there and equip them with anything you have. That is what other people see online when you appear as a random support for them. (The first slot is what shows by default.)

Most people rerolling are just being autistic. A lot of people just rolled and kept playing. You could make some standards like "until I get a 5*" or "until I get Herc" or whatever, but honestly, I've been fine with clearing most of the game so far with just Cu Lancer + Cu Caster + Medusa.

You can sell servants to the story for QP or quartz. It's a terrible deal either way, unless you already have 5x of that servant and have a full power NP that way.

Friend Point gacha just has 1*-3* servants and craft essences, along with XP cards and Fou cards. 3* is very rare while 1* are common as dirt (and there are few, so expect duplicates fast). I'm not sure if a 10-roll in the FP gacha guarantees anything.

Saint Quartz gives you 3*-5* servants and craft essence. A 10-roll will guarantee at least one servant, and guarantee at least one 4*-5* (servant or craft essence).

I don't see much point in saving FP gacha unless you know someone you want will be added or unlocked later. You might try running the quartz gacha now if there is a character you like available, but otherwise hang on to it.

Get the character to max level, then go into the shop and select the Ascension option. It will require some items that you've probably picked up at this point. First ascension will give a new portrait, new sprite, and their second skill.

Hit max level again, and you can ascend a second time. New portrait, new sprite.

Third and final ascension gives you the last portrait, and unlocks their third skill.

The biggest draw is honestly the story, but if you aren't interested or aren't even familiar with the Nasu silly drama, I honestly can't recommend it to you.

If you do want to play, though, just ignore the re-rolling talk and get yourself a couple of Cu Lancers, the free Cu Caster, and a Berserker. You'll be fine.
