AstroBoy: Better than any Mega Man game I've palyed. Seriously, it's amazing how good this game is.

Golden Sun is also apparently a classic and I don't know if it's available anywhere elese. Never played this one myself but it's very popular.

Dragon Ball Advanced Adventure is unironically a throw back to the days of great SNES platformers and would've been at home on that system, and would have been considered one of the best even on the SNES.
