Why didnt people like this game? Im having a fun time

i enjoyed it but its a bit unpolished for $40

honestly? It's too big.

Banjo Kazooie was perfect. It left you wanting more. It never felt like a slog.

This game is too big. It makes ALL the mistakes Banjo-Tooie made, only it does it even worse

1. TOO many collectables

2. Not being able to get all the collectables in a given world in a single go

3. Copious amounts of backtracking (directly related to # 2)

It's a well made game, and it could have been so awesome if Playtonic had been just a LITTLE LESS ambitious

People wanted banjo-kazooie but Rare wanted to make another Banjo-tooie.

Bullshit, there are a few one offs (Molly, Rextro) but this game has nothing past that because of the retarded energy bar. If they had an egg/feather equivelent then these big empty worlds would probably feel better as there is more reason to platform.
