Use the giant robots. Also, from the ground if you have strong enough weapons you can stun the godzilla thing for a few moments, giving tbe rest a chance to atrack them. Its all about unloading as much damage as you can in as little time as possible. Tbf I beat this level in just the robot

Ignore lizards. Do not die. Kill ants and bees when they appear. That's it. Eventually NPCs will kill the lizards. You can also use the giant robots that is dropped in the second part of the mission to make it a bit faster.
