1: institute thread specific poster id's, this cuts out samefagging of OP's and shills who use talking amongst themselves to make it look like conversation is happening through false flagging and baiting. The only ones that don't want this are trolls who dont want their bullshit to become harder.

2: This is the big one, timed posting privileges. You will only be allowed to post here after your current IP has been active for a week in total time, if you get banned you have to start all over again, making your IP somewhat valuable. A initial grace period will be allowed of 1 month to weed out shitstains, and allow people with a dynamic IP to change to a static IP.

This accomplishes getting rid of phone posters who have the attentionspan of a ant, getting rid of quick ban evading shitposters, getting rid of shills for longer periods. Now I'm not sure if you can just have a list of static proxies ready, I'm not that savvy, but for the most part this gets rid of an incredible amount of shitstains who otherwise would not want to put in the effort for simple shitposting.
