There are no daily deals anymore. The system was scrapped when the refund policy was introduced.
The prices for all games stay the same during a sale.
"Highlighted Deals" is just that, they show you some of the deals more prominently on the front page, but its still the same price.

It's basically a homage to 90s Finland and Finnish free-/shareware games of that era. It's a silly and unique experience but not for everyone. The car building part seems to be good enough to get even non-Finns to the game. It does well what it tries to do but doesn't even try to cater to a very big demographic. More games should be done with that attitude, I think.
