Diablo II does. You need to take a prerequisite skill before you can get your AI clone buddy. But that prerequisite skill is bugged and will give your character a flat percentage to miss all attacks. So there are builds based on whether you should say fuck it and not take the AI assistance. If you do choose to take the prerequisite and clone, you need to put just 1 point into it and stop. It gets even worse because your endgame items will grant you +1 or +2 to all skills, including the prerequisite that makes you miss... even more.

Technically all the dodging related passives but the one that actively fucks you up is Dodge that gives you a chance to dodge when standing still. So if you are playing a melee amazon and you want the Valkyrie who is very good, you are fucking yourself over. If you value your accuracy, skip Valkyrie and rely on Decoy instead.
