I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but I beat X, XIII, XIII-2, and LR: XIII in the span of two weeks, if not less.

I had 5000 hours of WoW before Xfire shut down.

That´s 3.4 years of my life and not counting all my console games which exceeds over 300 titles that i´ve completed with a lot of jrpgs with 100 hours each game.
I´ve finally reached a point where i don´t enjoy playing video games anymore except special titles like zelda.

I dunno really. Most of it just feels pointless and i only see scripts/pixels with overused story/gameplay with different themes when i pick up a new title. This year had some decent titles, but last time i actually enjoyed a game must have been around 2012.

That's 1,368 hours

If he slept 8 hours a day that's 456.

So 456+490=946

1368-946=422

Lets assume 80 of those hours were Botw. That's 342 hours. 342÷57= 6 hours a day.

So out of a 24 hour day. 18 hours of it were spent either sleeping or playing switch.

Is Eve actually fun or was this strictly an addiction for you? I love space sci-fi and I have always wanted another good hardcore MMO ever since the original UO but I just couldn't get into Eve.

I go through long binges and hiatuses. I just finished pic related and I'm probably good for another week or so. I don't know if I'd call ~20 hours a week addicted, but I'm ready for a break.

It was fun but mainly because of the people, my corporation quit in summer 2015 and then I got a job, but we still have an IRC channel and play other things together. Since then the developers have fucked the game over and made it into a snoozefest of pre-arranged fight with no risk or anything to be gained or lost.

It's totally an addiction to anyone in the PVP world, and literally a job to people, the head of the Something Awful forums group quit his job as a lawyer to be the CEO of their group and run a news website based around EVE.

When I REALLY get into a game, I tend to just breeze through it in a week or two, no matter how long the game is.

I beat Persona 5 in 8 days, and that was "taking my time" with it.

I wish I could do this. I always take way longer than anyone else to best a game and it usually has nothing to do with difficulty, I'm just chilling and not rushing it. Problem is I work full time and I'm in school so that means it takes me too long to get anywhere in games these days and I'm all backed up on shit I want to play but don't have the time for.
