Postal 2 is probably still my go to game for gore

GTA V is pretty decent as well, despite no gibs, and the torture sequence, Trevor kicking in Johnny's skull, and that one Fed fucker who gets half of his head blown off were all pretty enjoyable

The violence in this one was one of its redeeming features I think. I remember being rather happy reading about the devs standing strong in the face of moralfaggots bitching about the violence and that it was untouched in the release, just a shame it really didn't measure up to the other AVP titles.
