Friendly reminder since the Steam sale is going on: this game is a bullet-hell Metroidvania hybrid, with anime waifus as a surface-level aesthetic and NOT a core gameplay focus. You do not date or have conversations with the characters, and in fact, you could skip every cutscene without missing much. If you can look past the somewhat questionable artwork - and I'm sure most of you can - you'll have a good time. Since there are multiple difficulty levels and waypoints, don't worry about it being too hard or anything.

Additional PSA: it's not very good at all. It looks like shit, the level design is bland and arbitrary, the story is a joke, and the combat mechanics are clunky and unintuitive. Oh, and the soundtrack sucks. There are far better Metroidvania out there. Games like Environmental Station Alpha, Axiom Verge, or Hollow Knight, to name a few. Don't let weebs trick you into buying crap games like this.
