Taking out business loans is fine and a common business strategy. So, in general it's fine. But in the larger context of RSI, this means one of two things:

(a) The game releases and is pay to win in order to ensure loan payments are made. This is the most likely scenario, because assuming SC is actually in fact a playable "game" a bank will happily pressure RSI to sell it to a developer that can generate a return (or worse, they do the sale themselves in a bankruptcy court).
