Witcher 2 had that burnt down asylum outside Flotsam that was pretty SPOOPY.

Also the Dun Banner tomb outside Vergen was spoopy too.

Any time there's a quest like this while spooky ghost shit happening in an RPG, I can never tell how much of the shit flying off the walls is because of shitty physics. The Dunwitch Building in FO3 completely lost most of it's atmosphere for me because I didn't think any of that was supposed to be intentional.

witcher 3 has a couple of spooky quests
i loved those
I remember that one about the Leshen in some village. Investigating the nearby forest was insanely creepy because it was so quiet and the guy popped out of fucking nowhere behind me. Scared the shit out of me.
