He is so much better than Don Mattrick that guy is the real answer to this thread. the guy who truly ruined the Xbox brand, with some of the worst ideas and business decisions in recent history.

They kept shooting themselves in the foot, but I think one big mistake killed all their momentum. The Red Ring of Death. You could call up Microsoft and they would fix it free, but instead of giving you a new one, you got a refurbished one and it would overheat too. That alone cause so many people to make fun of Microsoft and fans just gave up on them.
