Why do you need proof?

I keep archives of my game saves where possible.
I also use Steam Achievement Manager to unlock achievements, because achievements have fuck all to do with beating a game, just a bunch of annoying grindy collectathons, do X action, or other such timewasters.

You do not need a good memory to keep proof you beat a game, just make some Steam Library categories: Beaten or Unbeaten.

When you beat a game, just move it from Unbeaten to Beaten while it's fresh in your mind. It really is that simple.
