How is Helldivers? I want to get it during this sale, but all

i got bored of it after 20 games

i recommend buying something else

i loved it when it first came out.

if youre a starship troopers fan, it's a cream dream. to be fair, this was before all the DLC and i don't know what it would be like to play as a noob right now. the game is unforgiving as hell and if you suck people will just leave your game. i would imagine the people still playing are grizzled veterans with tanks and shit.

once you level up the few items you will never change from, its boring.

before DLC weapons, you pretty much needed the armored tank after a certain difficulty level to survive the bug tanks

If you can find a group of friends or low levels to start with you, I wholeheartedly recommend. You can play solo but early on missions become super difficult to actually pull off without a squad. Friendly fire is also a huge thing so coordination is necessary, or it can become your worst nightmare with griefers. I don't know how lively the community is anymore, and the game actually revolves around the community helping in the war efforts as a whole, if its dead good luck playing or getting the outfit for winning the war
