Just another parasite
>fretting about a few dozen dollars getting in the way of potentially hundreds of hours of fun and happiness
What a shame
>>381694489
literally every game that matters is 60% off in two years on steam sale. Give me an example of a game I NEED to buy for over $24
>>381694591
>spending $60 day 1 to get a game you're not sure if you'll like or not
What a shame

Clearly you are or you wouldn't be working some minimum wage shit.

I know right? I prefer communist games like nu pagadi

Lmao what the fuck are you on about. Nobody said anything about buying a game day 1. Games just don't magically drop in price after a few days, anon, though I don't expect you'd know that if you're seriously advocating buying all of your vidya for a discounted 4 years after the game was relevant, no more support, dead community price. I paid full price for a lot of games and got my money's worth from them. Especially with the communities behind the game, it's a good idea to buy games when they come out, isn't it?
But also this is most likely a bait thread so haha memes :^)

>Games just don't magically drop in price after a few days, anon
they do after two years
>4 years after the game was relevant
great no more normies
>no more support
great it has the least amount of bugs it will ever have
>dead community
>playing online
also see two above
>I paid full price for a lot of games and got my money's worth from them
if you paid fucking fifty dollars or some shit for a game then no, you didn't. ever.

>if you paid fucking fifty dollars or some shit for a game then no, you didn't. ever.
Probably the dumbest thing ever posted. If you pay $50+ for a game and still play it 20 years later it was worth every penny and then some. Not even to mention if your kids end up playing it and loving it. You're an idiot.
>>381696761
You could go on one date and pay around fifty dollars. One night of enjoyment for $50.
Or you could put $50 dollars into something that at minimum you'll put time into for several days, assuming you're not a complete idiot and look into the game before just buying it.
Vidya is actually a very inexpensive hobby comparatively

Not everyone lives in Brazil or Russia mate.

The weebshit I play doesn't go down in price sadly. Root letter will still be at least €40 in two years.
Did manage to snag up a copy of Star Ocean 5 for a tenner today.
