You won't. It's Tekken's greatest failing that it does so little to help new players learn how to play the game. You can go into Practice and learn a character's command list but that's it.
The game doesn't tell you about frame data or how to escape grab attacks. Even the command list for most characters are incomplete in that there are "secret attacks" that aren't listed.

You can learn to be a competent Tekken player through practice and experimentation. But the latter requires an intuitiveness and understanding of basic game design that most people don't have.
