Yes, 2 and 3 are great and honestly I would say slightly better if only because their multiplayer is head and shoulders above the multiplayer in 4.

1 you can sit on until last or skip all together. It's not a bad game but it didn't age nearly as well as 2 or 3 did.

Make sure if you want to play mp though that you buy the PS3 versions of 2 and 3. The Nathan Drake Collection, for some fucktarded reason, removes the multiplayer modes. They're literally only like 2 dollars used on PS3 anyway.

None are as fun as Uncharted 4, no. However, I highly recommend Uncharted 2 anyway because it manages to get close at times. 1 and 3 are trash though and you should avoid them.

I was surprised by 4 actually, half way through the game I thought it was mostly boring but 4 is much longer than the previous games. It took longer to get going full swing but by the time you get to play as kid Nate, the amount of action and quality of the set pieces sharply increases with stuff like the motorcycle chase sequence, that shit looked good and it was somewhat mildly challenging on the higher diffculty. I enjoyed the stranded feel of being lost on an island in shitty weather and the graphics were amazing, gunplay can be a bit of a chore sometimes but it's expected not some revolutionary new gunplayor anything, presentation is beatiful though.

Yes. Fantastic series, I love them dearly. 2 is the best one though, 4 right behind it. 3 is underrated but has a couple of the best set pieces. 1 has aged a bit but is still great.

I didn't care for four period. 2 is the best in the series hands down. 3 is pretty good until cutter leaves, then it becomes mediocre. 1 is old and it feels old. It's also filled with bullet sponges and guns that feel like shit to use.

Play them all, you will love them.

And as some anon stated if you want to play the multiplayer on the older games (and you should, it's tits) you'll need to get them on PS3. Sony went full Jew on the collection and removed the multiplayer modes. Because that's what you do when you resell special editions and collections..you remove features. It's a shame too because the collection runs in 60fps.

Yes. But I suggest you skip 1 since it's pretty dated in controls and shit tons of shooting(You can put hard mode if you're daring, since it's the hardest in the series).

2 improves every problem 1 had, so it's better that way. 3 Adds some things, and a good melee combat.

just got a ps4 and drake collection + 4

ive finished one so far, and it was a legitimately bad game. You stay in the same jungle setting the entire game and the levels arent well designed either, the guns feel horrible, enemies are absurd bullet sponges (saw a guy live through 8 AK47 hits on hard). The movement is very clunky, and the story isn't very interesting until the very end.

HOWEVER I've started 2 and it has been much much better so far, already much more variance in locations, better gunplay, better cutscenes and plot, and it feels much smoother to play.
