I'm requesting assistance from anyone who speaks moonrune/has played this game.

picked this up from some site after I saw a webm from a "character creator" thread the other day, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to actually unlock all the shit for the creator. I've beaten the game and can access some extra stuff in the NG+(?) like hair and eyes color, but none of the fun body sliders.
