I tried FF several times, bur always dropped it after first town/boss/simlpy after an hour.
They're all incredibly boring, I don't understand the appeal.
I beat Bravely Default though.

Also I never played any of classic Mario games past first couple of stages. Platformers are boring too

Play FFVI and Metal Gear 1 and you'll have already experienced the best both series have to offer.

I like MGS2 because its fun and the setting is comfy. MGS3 is okay I guess. Fuck 1, 4, and V though.
Splinter cell does what it tries to better.

FF, only ever played XIV because that's the only one that isn't a final fantasy game. It was okay I guess??
