I can't mash, and I can't get good without mashing butans first
I know it's impossible to get good without sucking first or the game is total bullshit where you press two buttons to win. But I just can't, I always want to be immediately good at all characters.

I'd like to get into cuhrazy games, but the sheer number of combos in those games is batshit insane. Metal Gear Rising is my favorite because you could and indeed I did get through the entire game just mashing light attack, parrying, and dodging.

So many great waifus come from fighting games and I can't even enjoy them.

Monster Hunter - Its so slow and dull, and without a story there is no incentive for me to play. MH players don't seem to want to have things that would make it more fun like lock-on or damage values.

Dragon Quest - Mega outdated and dull

Mobas/RTS - So much lingo and things you have to research before you can even play, cause then niggas hate you and call you trash before you can even begin to learn and get good.

There are quite some JRPGs that have god-tier aesthetics and world design, but I typically lack the patience to sit through the poorly thought-out pacing, where it usually resorts to having to grind and/or farm for hours, the horrible puzzle dungeons, and hours of bad dialogue or just straight-up filler.

This, but only regarding the gameplay. It seems so simple that I think I'm getting it wrong. If an enemy is weak to fire, you spam the fire spell. Otherwise, spam physical attacks. If it's a boss, raise your stats or lower theirs before attacking. Rinse and repeat. Good animations and music can make it passable, but I've never understood how JRPG combat alone is fun.

Always wanted to, but most are PC only and feature cheap gameplay. I feel roguelikes are more suited for gaming on the go so hoping for more for the 3DS.

Darkest Dungeon

The presentation is 11/10, I love the hero designs, and I don't mind the RNG that shitters love to whine about. The gameplay loop just feels so ridiculously simple, repetitive, and unrewarding though, and I burn out around the time I start going into the tier 2 dungeons. I need to get around to trying radiant mode, but I'm not sure if it'll be enough.

3D Fallout games.

The gameplay and movement feels so clunky it's impossible for me to focus on the other aspects.

I wish they had good single player. I liked Mortal Kombat 9 but it was kinda short. Also my internet suck and none of my friend are good at fighting games.
