You can still 1 combo 200 health heroes if you shoot them in the neck area so some of the pellets crit. It's just not a 100% death sentence to be hooked like it used to.

Then he has no reason to exist. At high level play (a place you will never ever reach) he was a niche pick, generally chosen when Tracer or Genji became too much of a backline concern. He was not tearing apart the game like Silvers insist he was. Roadhog had one wombo combo at the expense of about eight weaknesses.

Before he was picked less than Sombra in competitive, now he's picked less than literally everybody. You have deleted the hero because you refuse to get good and Blizzard refuses to balance their game around a high echelon of ability. I can't even be mad about it since the more they dumb down the game the less people play it.

They should increase his hook distance and/or lower the cooldown.
If you can't reliably kill people with the combo, it would be nice to be able to separate people from their groups more easily.

I don't disagree with you, either. With the D.va prevalence and fixes it's easier than ever to save teammates who are hooked. Zarya can still do the same, though she's a bit off meta now. He's a huge ult battery, probably even moreso now that he's forced to stop flanking if he wants to be somewhat effective. I don't necessarilly disagree with a nerf to his damage, but 33% or whatever was too severe.

Does anyone else got tired of Blizzard "balancing"? i played wow, d3 and HoTS and after a while their pattern of taking a character that was too good and nerfing him to the ground became so apparent and ridiculous I just quit all their stuff it's just too tiresome to be forced into playing their pre-picked meta.
