I don't have it, but I don't have a ps3 and my computer took a crashing burn so I can't play my PC games. I would assume those people who are in my situation.

To give people who played lass games than you have instant access to a vast array of quality games without the need to buy new hardware and to test an infrastructure for future game streaming of brand new games.

Yeah fuck that. I have so many fighting games I wanna play, and half of them are on PS3, and mine died. Shit sucks. They should make it so ps+ get a huge fucking discount on it, like a BIG one.
