No gun in MW2 is a 1 shot aside from the snipers and the FAL with holographic (which increased the damage slightly for some reason making oneshot headshots possible). All other guns are at least 2 shots even point blank with stopping power.

TDM and SnD are really the only populated game modes on steam. Sometimes dom as well. And barely any legit hackers in my experience, mostly just people calling others hackers because someone is playing better than them. The kind of people still playing this game are nowhere near average so if you're even slightly decent you will trash every lobby you play which can be fun.
