It's great. Granted, I'm probably not the best person to ask regarding the more technical merits, but I didn't notice any frame drops or anything like that.

It does look noticeably ugly in some places (big surprise) especially in the intro where the camera is really zoomed in on things. Once you get to the open world, though, and the camera scales back, it looks pretty damn great. Easily the best looking PS3 game (again no surprise there, though).
