With the FAR mod yeah without it probably will have a few drops. With FAR you just turn the global illumination settings down and the game can instantly run on toasters I'm on a 1070/6700k and I had very minor drops down to 55-57ish. With FAR its ran flawlessly.

ive got the same build except at 8gigs of ram.
download the FAR mod and lower global illumination to medium.
it looks identical to high and has a great increase in performance.
still doesn't get 60fps at all times though, drops quite frequently.
