Is this game overrated?

Not as great as the critics said, not as bad as /v/ said. In short it's good.

The story is really entertaining and the gameplay is such a step up if you went into this after playing uncharted. Naughty dog definitely stepped their game up. But yes the game is definitely overrated to an insane degree. But this board is notoriously bad at admitting the game isn't as bad as everyone wants to pretend it is.

The story is alright but the not well known multiplater is actually very addicting

It's pretty overrated. I played through the ps4 version last week. I feel bad because I had heard such high praise before playing. It's a solid 8. The gameplay is 6 or 7 but it goes together pretty well. I didn't get the movie vibe from it like so many have memed but 8 also wasn't emotionally invested in the game like others have said.
