What are some games that completely fall apart the more they go on?

This game is not mechanically strong enough to withstand the whole campaign's length. It relies too much on plot set pieces to make you feel connected to the game, while the gameplay devolves into "shoot the tanky enemy soldiers a lot and hope that you don't get surrounded/flanked by soldiers from around the corner"

Seriously though, tanky enemies that shoot hitscan weapons are pure fucking cancer, and combined with no regenerating health, suck my fucking dick. I just got back from the moon and I am completely sick of this game.
